ABOUT ME

Martha Kavuki is the Founder/Choreographer of Just Dance Fitness with Martha.  Predominantly a Greek-based fitness workout class, her passion for all music enables her to add Latin, Bellydance, Pop, and 70’s to current music to her energetic classes.  A full-body workout consisting of cardio, toning (light hand weights) and dance movements make for the perfect fitness class.

 

Her vision is to provide a space where women can come and be free to dance, not to be judged, forget about their daily routines and do something for themselves.  No matter their age, physical appearance, fitness levels or dance experience, EVERYONE IS WELCOME.
